Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, work email, company), deal information you enter or upload (offering memoranda, operating statements, rent rolls, financing terms), configuration such as buy-box rules, and product usage data including analyses run and MCP tool calls.

How we use information

To operate the Deal Screen platform and MCP access, produce the analyses you request, maintain saved deal history and model version records, support your team, secure the service, and improve product reliability and accuracy.

Deal data and AI processing

Your deal content belongs to your organization. It is processed to produce the outputs you request and is not used to train third-party models. Where document parsing or language models are used, processing is limited to delivering the requested analysis.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that host, secure, or support the platform under contract, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Deal records, documents, and saved analyses are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of specific documents, analyses, or your entire workspace.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and administrators can manage user access and permissions at the organization level. Contact us to make a request.
