Terms of Service

The terms that govern your subscription.

This summary describes the commercial terms of the Deal Screen platform and MCP access. It is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice.

Use of the service

Subscriptions are licensed per organization and per plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit, for the configuration of your buy-box and investment-policy rules, and for the actions taken by users and AI clients you authorize.

Plans, usage, and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and include the analysis allowances shown on the pricing page. Usage limits support predictable platform performance; additional capacity is available on Team and Enterprise plans. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

MCP access

MCP access is available beginning with the MCP Access plan. Tool availability is governed by your plan, organization permissions, and configured settings. You are responsible for the AI clients and agents you connect and for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent authentication or usage limits, resell access without authorization, submit data you lack the right to submit, or use the service to publish outputs as appraisals, valuations, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

Kuma retains all rights in the platform, underwriting methodology, and software. You retain all rights in your deal data and configuration.

No advice and limitation of liability

Outputs are decision-support artifacts based on the inputs and assumptions provided. The service is provided without warranty as to investment outcomes, and liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription period in which a claim arises.

Kuma Deal Screen is a decision-support and underwriting workflow tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, lending, or appraisal advice, and its outputs are not appraisals, valuations, or offers to buy or sell real property. All assumptions and decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

The MCP is a workflow and decision-support product. It does not provide investment, lending, tax, legal, appraisal, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for validating data, assumptions, and investment decisions.
